What do you do when you turn 30?

Well if you are Justin you buy tickets 8 months in advance for a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert on a Thursday night. Honestly I feel to old for this and I'm not even 30 year. I'm sure once I get there and have a large $14 beer I'll be singing along to Californication. 

So we are leaving our home building worries behind. A quick update on the house. All the blocking has been laid and I hear we will have a slab by next week. Then we will proceed to dance on it because I never thought we would actually make it this far.
